Business Meeting
You will hear from the CEO and the Board of Directors regarding co-op updates, electric trends, financial reports, and much more. If there is a contested election, you will have the opportunity to vote for board members.
Kids Activities
The Annual Meeting has lots of fun activities for children of all ages.
There will be face painting, prizes, an outdoor obstacle course, and a bounce house.
Meal
Come and enjoy a delicious meal provided by Schnizelbank Catering. There will also be desserts and refreshments.
Prize Drawings
Prize drawings will be announced after the business meeting. You must be present to win. The various prizes are donated by vendors and local businesses.

Orange County REMC will be giving out one $1,000 cash prize and two $500 cash prizes.
Entertainment
Sit back and relax as you listen to Kirby Stailey perform before the business meeting. There will also be a hot line demo provided by the Orange County REMC linemen.
